As an American, it is only right and just to pray for those affected from such tragedies. We must remember that God will always provide and see that we persevere from such tragedies that tend to affect everyone, even the survivors. To everyone, please also remember and pray for the innocent children who did not survive the Sandy Hook school shooting. Please continue to to keep us all informed Meg! Love you :)

For the past years Obesity has been a disturbing factor in American society. According to the US health officials obesity rates have slightly decreased among American children for the first time, in the past few years. Higher rates of obesity are among African American and Hispanic children. Obese children face a higher risk of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and Diabetes than of an obese adult. Obesity is a severe health disease among our youth. Therefore, it is important that people are aware and educated of the extent of this disease.
